Halyburton Easter Egg Hunt

Waiting patiently for mama at the door to head to the Easter egg hunt.

Brayden, Bailey and I ventured out to Halyburton Park bright and early Thursday morning. Unfortunately, Brandon had to work so he wasn't able to go with us...but we sent him pictures. :)'

We got there early so we went on a little nature walk.

The kiddos led the way.

 I think ya'll can tell by this picture that Bailey is Miss Priss.

Check out how she has her hand and her foot. lol

This girl cracks me up.

 Below is where they did the egg hunt for the 2-3 year olds.

 B&B enjoyed checking out all the eggs.

We had a little time to spare before the egg hunt started so they got their face painted.
Surprisingly, they both sat still and did great. 

 Bailey got a princess crown.

 Brayden got some sort of superhero thing.

I thought it was going to be on his cheek but she started painting
his forehead before I could even say anything.
Brayden liked it and that's all that mattered. :)'

Getting ready for the egg hunt.

Bailey picked up an egg and was more interested in seeing what was in it.

 Brayden was on a mission. He picked up every egg he saw and put it right in his basket.

 Brayden and this little girl went to go pick up this egg at the same time.

The little girl picked it up and handed it straight to Brayden.

It was so sweet.

I love these 2 soooo much. I can't believe how much they've grown.

Another nature walk.

Brayden was sooo excited about his eggs.

 He insisted on taking some of his daddy's golf balls
with him {6 to be exact} to the Easter egg hunt.

Bailey just wanted to keep walking.

After the egg hunt and walks, we headed to the playground for a few minutes.

You can't go to the park and not go to the playground, right?! :)'

Did I mention...I'm loving this age?! Brayden and Bailey are sooo much fun.
