Boatin' with the Heaths

We spent majority of yesterday out on the water with Candace, Dustin, Laney & Dustin's parents. This was Brayden & Bailey's first time on a 'real' boat. They hopped right up on the seat. You would have thought these 2 had done it before.

We docked the boat out in the waterway and swam for a few hours.

B&B loved being in the water. Brayden is usually clingy in the water, but not today. I think they both felt safe because there weren't any waves unless boats went by and plus they liked the fact they could touch.

They also enjoyed finding seashells.

Dustin threw the net out and caught some fish.

Bailey held one and of course wanted to do it again....and again.

She'd hold the fish for a second and then let it go dropped it into the water.

Poor fish.

Candace made Bailey into a mermaid.

Bailey wanted to sit at the front of the boat on the ride back...

so that's where the 2 of us sat. She told me several times "We'll come back mama. We'll come back." She wanted me to reassure her that we'd go back. haha

Brayden sat with Candace and ended up falling asleep.

Laney fell asleep, too.
