Thanks Johannah for nominating me for the LIEBSTER AWARD.

I had never heard of this award until now. According to my blogger friend Johannah over at The Sirois Family, this is for people who blog with less than 3,000 followers. It sounds like a great way to 'discover new blogs' and meet new people. I was given 10 questions to answer. Here they are. :)'

1. What made you start blogging?

While Brandon was playing baseball...we met so many people from all over the country. In 2011, we became really good friends with the Denoves. Believe it or not, I had never heard of blogging. My friend, Heather Denove introduced me to the blogging world. It didn't take long and I was obsessed. She kept encouraging me to start a blog. I was all for it. Brandon was a little hesitant about it...but I finally convinced him. I have been blogging ever since and I love it AND I get to keep up with the Denoves who are across the country. :)' It was and still is a great way for our families to keep up with us.

3. Where is your favorite place to vacation?

Anywhere warm and tropical!!

4. What do you enjoy doing in your down time?

Blogging. duh!! :)' If it's summer....definitely laying out. I do like to take naps but that hardly ever happens. haha

5. What is your favorite food to eat for dinner?

Let's see....there's probably a tie between steak, baked potato and garlic bread....or pizza. Yummm Not just any kind of pizza though. It's gotta be from Elizabeth's. ;)

6. What are 3 beauty products that you can't live without?

I definitely have to have conditioner. No doubt. I think I would go crazy without it.

LOTION!! I put it on all the time.

Foundation {but I can live without it....but home girl needs some color on her face.}

7. If we were to open your purse, what would we find?

My clutch

{with tons of receipts and debit card...more than likely no money in it. lol}

Some loose change {because Bailey loves digging through my pocketbook.}

Gum {unless I've recently run out. My kids love chewing it.}

Wipes

Meclizine {never know when the vertigo will act up.}

8. Who is your hero?

I'd have to say my dad. He's been through so much in his lifetime. He's a good man. He'd give you the shirt off his back. He always comes 'running' when we/I need him. He has a heart of gold. He's a man of God and has been hurt but I know he'll get back up one day. I am so proud of him and love him. Brandon and I know we can always count on my dad.

9. What are your favorite TV shows?

Brandon and I hardly ever watch what we want to watch on tv {we have kids - lol} but when we do....it's Fixer Upper. We love watching that show.

10. What is your favorite music to listen to?

Christian is my favorite. I do like to turn it to Country sometimes....and there's still a few Hip Hop songs out there that just make my heart happy. :)'
