2,300 miles and 4 days later....from North Carolina to Tennessee to Arkansas to Oklahoma to Texas to New Mexico to Arizona...we finally reached our destination...SCOTTSDALE, Arizona. We enjoyed traveling but we're so excited to finally get out of the car and get settled into our little apartment. Here are some pictures from our trip.
Bebo was such a champ! He slept just about the whole time...when we was awake he wanted to see everything and even drive. haha
I started taking pics in Arkansas...everyone knows what NC and TN looks like. haha
Along the interstate we saw the sign for Carrie Underwood's hometown...Checotah, Oklahoma.
Of course we had to drive thru.
Reminded us of Ellerbe. haha
We just so happened to stop for gas and ended up in Garth Brooks hometown.
Yukon, Oklahoma
We finally reached Texas.
Brandon was soo excited to eat @ Rudy's. That's all I've heard him talk about since he played in the Texas League.
then to New Mexico...
New Mexico was absolutely beautiful and the speed limit was 75...hello!! It doesn't get much better than that!!
Route 66
Brandon was craving a breakfast burrito...we just so happened to find a little restaurant in NM that sold them. He was super excited...if you can't tell!!
Finallyyy...Arizona.
It was amazing to see the snow on the mtns.
and Bebo's still sleeping...
Once we got into Arizona, we made our way to the Grand Canyon. Of course it was a little out of the way...but I promised Brandon if we went once we wouldn't have to go back. haha Our next post will be on our trip @ the Grand Canyon. I took way too many pictures.
