Thanksgiving with my family

The Saturday after Thanksgiving we got together with my family. This was our first Thanksgiving without my Papaw. I missed him being there at the end of the table but I know he's in a better place.

Now....to the pictures...
Let me tell 'ya....we know how to eat. We put the food down that day. Everything was delicious {especially Mam-me's yams and Nanny's brownies.} Yum!

Pa hangs tight with the kids.

The kids ended the night with bowling. They were very entertaining.
They had so much fun and were really good at it.
Sweet Brylee couldn't hang. She fell asleep in my arms.
I forget how long we stayed but it was several hours. Brandon knows me, my aunts and cousins can totally sit there, stare at each other..not talk and be perfectly fine....as long as we are together. :) :)

Nonnie took the grandkids ice-skating near their house. I'll be the first to tell you I can't ice-skate. How I was the chosen one to go out with the kids....I'll never know. Brandon can totally do it, but didn't do it that day. He did get some good pics and videos. :)'

That's a good husband right there.
I just knew I was going to fall. Luckily, I didn't. Bailey fell several times.

Brayden decided to give it a try.

Brayden did it for a few minutes and then he was done.

Preschool Thanksgiving Feast - Pics & Videos

The week before Thanksgiving...the kids had their preschool Thanksgiving program.
Each class sang a song and had the cutest costumes. Brayden & Bailey's had all of their classmates' hand prints made into a turkey with their name. It was really cute.

Here they are walking in to perform.
Brayden & Bailey's class sang "I'm Glad I'm Not A Turkey."

 All done with their performance.

Cutest turkeys I've ever seen. :)'

B&B with their teacher, Mrs. Aikens.
B&B surprised us all that day. They were full of love.

Steve got an extra hug.
