They have HAIR!!!!!

I just got back from the doctor and got a good report. They usually don't do an ultrasound when I see the regular doctor but since my blood pressure was a little higher than usual, I've started swelling, and the babies' haven't been moving as much....they wanted to make sure they were ok.

My blood pressure was 131/75....which is still good but higher than what it has been being. I'm 32 weeks today and I'm measuring 38 weeks. That should tell ya how big I am. haha My feet and hands have started swelling within the last week or so and as of today my legs have started swelling. They did bloodwork just to make sure there wasn't anything going on and I should get those results back tomorrow or Wednesday sometime.

The babies' heart rates have slowed down alot...maybe because they don't have as much room to move....but they are still growing and moving like they are suppose to...I'm just not feeling it like I was.

I was ecstatic to hear her say that they both have HAIRRRR!!!!! It brought tears to my eyes and I almost started crying. I should have known they would because Brandon and I both are blessed with a head full of hair. This would explain why I've started having indigestion here lately. I'm not sure what their weighing now.....we will find out on Thursday! :) :)

Praise God I'm still doing great and the babies' are healthy!!!!

31 weeks

How Far Along: 31 weeks

Size of Babies: As of our appointment about 3 weeks ago, Brayden was 2 lbs. 11 oz. and Bailey was 2 lbs. 10 oz.

Total Weight Gain: I'm getting bigger. I know I've gained since our last appointment but not sure how much.

Maternity Clothes: No getting into regular clothes anymore. Those days are over. haha

Gender: It's a boy and a girl!!! Brayden Benton Wayne Yarbrough & Bailey Marie Yarbrough

Movement: The babies' have slowed down alot. There are some days where Bailey doesn't move much at all. I know their running out of room. They still ball up when I'm on my feet alot moving around. They move more when I'm stretched out on the couch.

Food Cravings: Ice cream!!

What I Miss: I can't wait for the day when I can sleep on my stomach.

Sleep: Same 'ol!! Still getting up every couple hours and sometimes every hour. Toss and turn the whole night. It's gotten to the point where I'm not comfortable on my back anymore. I've found when I'm lying on my back the babies like to get up in my ribs and that is not fun....let me tell ya!

Symptoms now: Swelling with a capital S....{my feet and hands.} I've been propping my feet up alot. My hands don't swell as much as my feet but my knuckles ache. My body gets really stiff especially during the night. My hands are really tight and sometimes it's hard for me to even open a bottle of water. Overall, I'm still doing great....but I have to admit I'm getting to the point where I'm over it. haha I'm ready to see our babies.

Best Moment this week: Thanksgiving!!!! Brandon and I spent Thanksgiving this year at our house since I wasn't able to travel to our parents which is 2 1/2 hours away. We missed seeing our family but it was sooo nice to just relax and not have to run up and down the road like crazy seeing everyone. It always wears us out. We didn't cook...which means we didn't have to clean either!!! :)

Next Appointment: I see the regular doctor tomorrow {I wouldn't be surprised if they put me on bedrest....I hope not. We shall see} and the specialist on Thursday.

I wanted to go ahead and do this post because we have no idea when our little ones will decide to grace us with their presence. :)

I'm still gonna keep doing my weekly posts...I just wanted to take a look back from the very beginning.

I didn't start taking pictures until 8 weeks. I was extremely sick and did nothing but lay on the couch.

I can not believe how fast the time has flown! I'm sooo glad I documented everything and took pictures each week. I think Brayden & Bailey will love looking back at it when they get older.

How Far Along: 30 weeks

I can't believe it!!! I'm almost there!!!

I went to see the regular doctor this past Monday. Everything's still going great. Praise God! Bailey's heartbeat has slowed down some...which I sorta figured because for some odd reason she hasn't been moving around as much. I'm wondering if she's turned sideways and she's kicking her brother....she's done that before. Brayden has been moving alot more. His heartbeat was beating a little bit faster. Not much has changed since last week.

I'm starting to get a little emotional...{or shall I say frustrated.} I feel like I can't do anything without getting out of breath. When I do too much, my back starts hurting pretty bad. I get sooo worn out and push myself probably way too much. Brandon is constantly telling me to go sit down. It's sooo hard. There's sooo much I want to do and sooo much I need to do. I feel helpless! I walk sooo slow when I go anywhere. My hands have started tingling more...sorta like their falling asleep. When I bend them, they feel tight. When I sit at the table to eat....there's been a few times here lately I have to hold my plate right up to me because it's uncomfortable to lean forward; plus, my lower legs and feet start to tingle and feel numb. The specialist told me at our last visit that when I pretty much do anything but lay down....I'm cutting off my blood flow.

I'm still feeling great {sounds like it, right....haha just kidding!} but I have my moments where I'm sooo uncomfortable. Well look how much weight I'm carrying around. I'm pushing and pulling these days. lol! As of last Monday....my belly measured 36 cm. {Yeah....that's the size of someone about to deliver one baby!} Give me some credit...I have a little right to complain, right? ;)

What I'm Looking Forward To: Thankgiving with Brandon, Black Friday shopping....{yep, you read it right! I AM going!!!} and you know what that means......after Thanksgiving, we get to put up our Christmas decorations. I love this time of year! I can't waitttt!!!!!! :) :)
